A suggestion program report is not a separate slide file. HR and quality open the same record table; module, status, unit, and date filters sit above the list. Open, pending, and closed counts stay on the dashboard total.
No forecast sentence is produced. What is read is the record that sits in the portal at that moment. Search runs on reference, title, and author. Sort and pagination sit on the same screen.
Participation is read from the unit row. Zero open records show a silent team. Quality tracks average close time and rejection reasons from the same list. A lengthening queue points at the task list.
Branch comparison rests on the location field. If that field is left empty, the period report shifts. Role decides the visible columns. A person without permission cannot export.
Cost savings are summed from expected-benefit lines on suggestion and kaizen records. A round sentence does not enter the sum. On a kaizen report, before and after measures sit side by side.
Near miss frequency is produced by location and is carried into the HSE agenda. Reward point spend is the total of fulfilled catalog requests; balance does not mix into this report.
Excel export carries the on-screen filter. When an audit is requested, step history, person, and time stamp are enough. A web-based list closes unit-owned spreadsheets.
The competition signal is the count of closed improvements. Corporate identity sits on the report heading as logo and color; it is not written into the exported file name. The monthly quality board agenda is built from these lists.
